Hired, trained, developed and managed a staff of 47 seasonal employees. Taught the aims,

ideals and methods of the Boy Scouts of America. Oversaw and controlled a budget in excess

of $250,000. Provided a positive camp experience for over 2000 youth and adults each

summer. Developed and maintained all memorabilia, publications, promotional materials, and

websites. Oversaw all safety, security and compliance related items.
